Please note:

1. The Transportation-Team cannot promise shuttle service to any pilgrim failing to return this request, nor guarantee to finalize arrangements for requests received after Sunday, September 24.

2. Only by requesting the shuttle to check-in Thursday (the day before step-off) can pilgrims retrieve their vehicles at the end of pilgrimage Sunday, at the destination Shrine in Auriesville. LAST SHUTTLE DEPARTS AURIESVILLE SHRINE AT 9:00 THURSDAY EVENING.

3. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE FROM AURIESVILLE TO LAKE GEORGE FRIDAY MORNING. The shuttle Friday before dawn is from a pilgrim's overnight accommodation in Lake George Village to the step-off location at Wood Park also in Lake George Village.

4. Only one shuttle-request per vehicle is required, provided all adult pilgrims of the party are listed by name in the form, below.
