Organizers supply pilgrims with plenty of bottled water throughout, and supplement meals with hot soup & bread in the evening and hot water & bread with jam at breakfast.<\/p>\n

Pilgrims supply their own powdered coffee, hot chocolate, tea bags, instant hot breakfast cereal, as well as cups, plates, bowls, spoons et cetera<\/em> at each meal. See also Question #8, \u201cWhat food should I bring, and how should I pack it?\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Company of St. Ren\u00e9 Goup\u00eel’s<\/i><\/a> volunteers help pilgrims throughout. The Company<\/i> provides some first-aid for foot-sore, blistered pilgrims. The volunteers also transport pilgrims’ gear from camp to camp — and give rides to weary walkers, too.<\/strong> <\/em>They also help to prepare bivouacs along the way. Pilgrims assist one another — especially the women & children — to pitch tents.<\/p>\n

This year Friday and Saturday\u2019s privately owned sites are equipped only with running water. Organizers provide portable toilets, make-shift showers and wash basins, with (very) remote electrical supply only.<\/p>\n

Pilgrim families or\/and seniors participating in the “Modified Pilgrimage” may park RVs at each private campsite Friday and Saturday for an additional fee paid directly to the campsite organizers or to the property owners on location.<\/p>\n

In every instance, parents or seniors contact and pay the manager of the first night’s campground at Mtn. Springs directly, optimally in advance.<\/p>\n

day-2 Sat-Sun \u2014  a private farm owned by a Mennonite Family of farmers – Kutztown, Penna.<\/p>\n

day-3 Sun-Mon —  the private farm of fellow-pilgrims – The DeMaster Family, Willow Haven Farm, New Tripoli PA<\/p>\n
