Arriving September 26, to make pilgrimage Sunday-only?<\/p>\n
It’s easy. Here’s how.<\/p>\n
1. First, register<\/a> for Sunday only. (No fee.)<\/p>\n
2. Then, go to this page<\/a> on the website to see which option applies to your participation in Sunday’s events (these options are – despite change in details of locations – still applicable despite the change in location in 2021), and click here<\/a> to print out the schedule & timeline.<\/p>\n
3. Drive to the National Shrine<\/a> of Our Lady of Guadalupe<\/b> at 501 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA to meet up with pilgrims waiting for you there.<\/p>\n
Drop off your passengers at the destination Shrine and then drive to the parking lot<\/a> of St. Michael\u2019s Church (located at 156 Green Street, two blocks north of the Shrine, entering the lot at the driveway from Ridge Avenue) or to the parking lot<\/a> Allentown Central Catholic High School – ACCHS (located 5 blocks west of the Shrine, entering the lot at the intersection of N Jute Street & Chew Street, off Gordon Street).<\/p>\n
All drivers parking at the ACCHS lot will be shuttled to the Shrine. St. Michael’s is closer, and drivers can opt to walk back to the Shrine (2 blocks).<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n
