Mrs. Sigaud and Mrs. Erika Zepeda of West Virginia, made pilgrimage together to Chartres this past spring, at the annual Pentecost Pilgrimage.
At the invitation of pilgrimage Director M. Jean de Tauriers (see this post), and as representatives of the Pilgrimage for Restoration, these intrepid Ladies walked in penance three days and brought to Our Blessed Lady your intentions during the Pentecost Pilgrimage this past May.
Then, holding with two ‘tickets’ gifted to us by M. de Tauriers, they were granted entry into the packed Cathedral for the crowning Mass, when they brought your petitions & intentions all the way to Our Most Holy Lord’s Altar and Our Blessed Lady’s shrine.
Mrs. Zepeda, Mother of Twelve and Grandmother of a few, serves currently as Director for Special Projects and is also a co-founder of the pilgrimage to Auriesville. Mrs. Sigaud, a veteran of both pilgrimages, assists pilgrim-organizers from Maine, and also aids communications with our French-speaking ‘cousins’ across The Atlantic Pond.

Dear Mr. Lloyd,
Please find below the message that I just sent to Jean de Tauriers to thank him for today’s extraordinary gift.
Let’s see … I think I know which pilgrimage to select for a lovely walk through the Adirondacks this autumn …
But first, [Mrs.] Erika [Zepeda] and I shall doze off. 🙂
Merci pour tout !!!

P.S. Congratulations to Bernadette for her [newborn] baby girl!! What is her name?

Cher Monsieur,

Dear Sir,
Erika Zepeda and I are extremely grateful to you for the immense joy you brought us today by enabling us to attend Cardinal Burke’s magnificent Mass inside the cathedral!
What a blessing it was for us to be able to lay the prayer intentions of all the American pilgrims from the Pilgrimage for Restoration at the feet of Our Lady of Chartres!
Thank you for everything that Notre Dame de Chrétienté has done over the years to welcome, edify, and inspire them.
This year, the Guadalupe chapters included two sisters and a brother from New Hampshire — aged 25, 23, and 21 — who will undoubtedly become active missionaries upon their return to the United States. This is but one example; there will surely be even more next year…
Once again, our deepest thanks for this unforgettable experience. We will continue to pray for the entire team at Notre Dame de Chrétienté.
Christus regnat!
Armelle Sigaud
