Fellow pilgrim debuts at Metropolitan Opera

Emalie Savoy

Meet Emalie Savoy, soprano.

Emalie’s father, Tom Savoy, is founder and former director of the New York Catholic Chorale. The Chorale has from the start provided sacred music at the Mass which ‘crowns’ the pilgrimage on its last day.

Here is what Tom had to say to a recent inquiry.

Dear Greg:

Indeed, Emalie did join us in singing on more than one occasion at the pilgrimages in Auriesville. They were wonderful events and we were so pleased to be included. Here is a link to Emalie’s biography on our website to give you some info about her.

God bless and thank you for your interest and kind words!

Our congratulations to Emalie, Tom and The Savoy Family of singers!

The Director asks all pilgrims to pray for fellow-pilgrim-Savoys, to beg St. Cecilia’s intercession that they continue to glorify God by their accomplishments in sacred and all noble earthly music.
