remembering our departed fathers & friends – “Uncle Bob” Murray first

In your charity, please pray for the repose of soul of all pilgrims — especially pilgrim-organizers — who have gone before us to give account before the awesome Judge-Christ, Who sits at the right of The Father in heaven.

In particular, please remember the repose of good “Uncle Bob” Murray of Troy, NY who died this day — on the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas — nine years ago: March 7, 2012.

Among many of Bob’s lasting, heroic contributions to pilgrims is the steady Company of St. René Goupîl, which apostolate to this day generously serves the pilgrims by providing for their many material needs.

Read about many of Bob’s other accomplishments for pilgrims here, and read his obituary here. (Or, paste the links into your browser. https://pilgrimage-for-restoration.org/blog/?p=1327 https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/timesunion-albany/name/robert-murray-obituary?pid=156375182 )

Please remember also “Cuz’n Robert” Lamanque of Virginia, who was also a co-founder of the Company of St. Rene Goupil.
