NOTE WELL: THE LAST SHUTTLE TO THE CHECK-IN LOCATION DEPARTS THE AURIESVILLE SHRINE PARKING LOT AT 8:00 THURSDAY EVENING. Pilgrim-DRIVERS ONLY must therefore plan in advance to arrive – without passengers – and park at the lot behind the Coliseum church at Auriesville no later than 7:45PM Thursday evening. Start your plans now. Request the shuttle.

For those pilgrims ONLY who arrive in Lake George Village after 10:30 Thursday night, there is an alternate check-in Friday morning at 6:00am at Wood Park. This alternate check-in is NOT AN OPTION for pilgrims. It is a last resort, after all personal plans and efforts to arrive at the check-in location before 10:30 Thursday evening have fallen through.
Every pilgrim, without exception, must report to the ‘rendezvous point’ – at Wood Park – no later than 6:15 Friday morning, to form-up with the brigades before holy Mass & step-off.
Follow the instructions that organizers give on site at check-in Thursday evening and rendezvous Friday morning.
