Options for overnight accommodations


Day-0   Thursday – Pilgrims participating in the modified events may – at check-in – reserve a space to park an RV, camper, or full-size van at Wood Park overnight. (The fee to park or camp there is included in family/group registration.) There are no hook-ups for RVs or campers at Wood Park.

Wood Park is where every pilgrim must check-in Thursday, in Lake George Village, and is the location for rendezvous and step-off Friday morning.

Day-1   Friday — Pilgrims overnight at a private property – no hook-ups. Pilgrims bringing an RV or other vehicle may do so gratis, but are asked to notify the Director of Modified Events in advance. RV owners may offer a free-will donation to the property owner upon arrival.

Day-2     Saturday — Pilgrims overnight at a private campground – no hook-ups. Pilgrims bringing an RV or other vehicle may do so gratis, but are asked to notify the Director of Modified Events in advance.

Day-3   Sunday — RVs and campers may no longer overnight on the Auriesville Shrine grounds. No camping or parking overnight is permitted at the Shrine.

Arriving Saturday for Sunday-only events? — RVs and campers may no longer overnight on the Auriesville Shrine grounds. No camping or parking overnight is permitted at the Shrine.

Important:

No Pilgrimage events take place at Lake George Battleground Campground. Anyone electing to camp at the Battleground Campground does so of his own accord, but not as a pilgrim or under auspices of the Pilgrimage for Restoration. Please do not identify yourself as pilgrim if you elect to camp there. Campers there must follow all published rules of the Campground.
